Coach-IQ's commercial launch: Pierre Mignoni's view
Since 2024, we have been building Coach-IQ with the RC Toulonnais staff. As the platform goes out to meet clubs, Pierre Mignoni, the club's director of rugby, explains what it changes.
28 September 2026 · The Coach-IQ team

In the video above (in French), Pierre Mignoni starts from an observation: rugby produces more and more data, and “when there is a huge amount of data, you have to sort it, you have to bring it together”. Otherwise, it gets lost. He describes what Coach-IQ changes at the club: the team's organisation, communication and information brought together in one place, within everyone's reach, and the end of WhatsApp groups where you miss a message and can't find it again.
An idea, and the pitch
It started with a technological idea: bring together all of a club's data and turn it into a decision-making tool for the staff. At Trimane, data has been our business for twenty years. We were missing the essential part: the pitch.
With RC Toulonnais
In 2024, RC Toulonnais opened its doors to us. Rather than impose yet another tool on its staff, we built the platform with them, starting from what they actually do, from the first session of the week to match day.
It took time. An elite club has no room for approximation: a questionnaire the athlete fills in within thirty seconds, not a second more; information that reaches the whole staff at the right moment; a tool that keeps pace with a season.
For clubs
Everything we have built with RC Toulonnais benefits every club that joins us: a platform designed for a club's staff, not for IT specialists.
Come and see it. We'll show you the platform on a demo club, with fictional data: request a demo.
