What the website does not do
This website does not process any athlete data. Data on the Coach-IQ platform is governed by the contracts signed with each club and is hosted in France on HDS-certified infrastructure (HDS, the French certification for health data hosting). Data processed in the Coach-IQ app is described in the app privacy policy.
When you write to us
If you write to us at contact@coach-iq.ai, we use your message and contact details to reply to you and, if you wish, to arrange a demo. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the requests sent to us, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Retention: three years after our last exchange.
When you request a demo
The form collects your name, your club or organisation, your job title, your email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and your message. Your name, club or organisation, job title and email address are needed to process your request: without them, we cannot reply. This information is used only to reply to you and to arrange the demo. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Retention: three years after our last exchange. It is stored in a database hosted in Europe, accessible only to Trimane's Coach-IQ team.
Audience measurement
We use the audience measurement tool built into our hosting provider, Lovable: pages viewed, traffic sources, device type and approximate country. We only consult aggregated statistics, without individual profiling. Under its terms, Lovable may derive anonymised data from it to improve its service. Videos
Videos are hosted by YouTube (Google). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click on a video; when you click, YouTube may set cookies and process data under its own policy.
Social media
The links to LinkedIn and Instagram are plain links: nothing is loaded from these networks unless you click.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is processed by Trimane's Coach-IQ team and by our technical providers: website hosting (Lovable), the form database (Lovable Cloud) and email (Microsoft). It is never sold. Where these providers process data outside the European Union, transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You can also set instructions regarding the storage, erasure and disclosure of your data after your death. No decision based solely on automated processing is made about you. Write to us at contact@coach-iq.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Editor accounts
Team members who publish content or handle demo requests have a named account (name, work email address, role). This data is used only to manage access to the editorial area and to track content approval. It is hosted by Lovable Cloud, in Europe, and deleted when the account is closed.
